WE BAKE COOKIES FOR OUR MORNING COFFEE
KOKI KOKI STARTED BECAUSE SOMEONE ASK ME TO. SHE WANTED COOKIES TO GO WITH HER COFFEE AND MATCHA IN THE MORNING. SO, I BAKED FOR HER. I USED THE BEST I CAN. GOOD BUTTER BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN TASTE. REAL BELGIAN CHOCOLATE BECAUSE IT MELTS RIGHT AND ISN'T TOO SWEET. I MADE THEM EXACTLY HOW I'D MAKE THEM AT HOME. NO SHORTCUTS. THEN FRIENDS TRIED THEM AND ASKING FOR SOME TOO. ONE POP-UP LED TO ANOTHER. THEN WE WERE AT LOCAL MARKETS EVERY WEEKEND. AND, SOMEHOW, THAT REQUEST FOR MORNING COOKIES TURNED INTO OUR FIRST SHOP ON N WILLIAMS IN PORTLAND.
