KOKI KOKI started simply because my partner asked me to. She wanted the perfect cookie to go with her morning coffee and matcha, so I baked them for her.

Using only high-quality butter, real Belgian chocolate, and premium ingredients, I went through countless rounds of trial and error to craft subtly sweet cookies with an exquisite flavor that quickly became a hit with our friends and family. What started as a special treat at home quickly grew. One pop-up led to another, followed by busy weekends at local markets, and eventually, shipping to customers across the U.S.

Today, we are delighted to welcome you to our first shop on N Williams in Portland, where we serve our seasonal menu of cookies alongside some of the finest custom-blend coffee and highest-quality matcha you’ve ever tasted.
